ITALIAN AMERICAN SPECIALTIES IN THE HEART OF BUSHWICK

Specializing in Italian-American classics, Chefs Dom and Paul were inspired to open Carmenta’s due to the lack of authentic, delicious, and no-frills Italian food in the neighborhood. Both chefs grew up in East Coast Italian-American households and want to share their interpretations of classic recipes inspired by their families. Stop in for house-made pasta, homemade mozzarella, and sandwiches on Parisi Bakery bread. Eat-in, or take anything to go.
